We started out providing services mostly to high tech companies, producing user guides, reference guides, admin guides, release notes, installation guides, training materials, software tutorials. We grew into marketing collateral: white papers, data sheets, articles, demo scripts, brochures, press releases, web copy, other sales & marketing collateral. Finally, our services expanded to include business policies, standards, processes, project plans, facilitation and project management.
